B.H.M.S. 조리학과디플로마과정은 학생들에게 기본적인 테크닉과 실무적인 핵심역량 훈련을 통해서 음식제작의 세계에 대해서 소개합니다. 1학년의 하이라이트는 클래식 유럽 조리법과 기본적인 단계로 칼질, 육수내는법, 소스 과정을 포함합니다. 페이스트리를 만드는 기술은 두가지 특별한 과정을 통해서 개발되고 기본적인 식품안전수칙과 영양이 학생들의 첫번째 인턴십 과정을 위한 준비단계에서 배우게됩니다.
